Meditation: Week Two

Over the last week I have alternately believed that the timing of Sharon Salzberg's meditation challenge is the best thing that ever happened to me and that it couldn't be worse.  I think when I finally get a little space and distance from the upheaval, I will realize how vital it has been to my well being.  Feel free to come and check it out.  There are a lot of bloggers on there, all with varying levels of experience.

I know a lot more words are coming, but they're not here yet.

Katie, I tell you with all my heart that this is the BEST thing you can and will do for yourself, especially now. Sitting is hard to do in the best of times; to undertake the experience now, in the light of all the more grief will, when looked back upon, show a most healing and loving practice.
